• cottage cheese - 200 Grams
• honey - 2 Art. spoons
• sour cream - 100 Grams

Mix all the ingredients. Beat with a mixer until smooth. We put it into the saucepan (sauce-dish) and cool it in the fridge before serving to the table. The sauce will come in very handy for different fruit desserts. Bon Appetit!
