Modern industry does not stand still. The problem of preserving the health of hair when dyeing them is not new. Japanese scientists were ahead of the whole planet, creating the first means for coloring hair without using oxidants (pH 3, 2). Elimination of hair is the latest technology of dyeing and toning, in which a special agent - Elumen - a dye (from the Latin lumen - light or gloss), which has a negative charge, penetrates the inside of a hair having a positive charge as a magnet. That is, the basis of elution is physical laws, and not chemical reactions, as in conventional paints.
From the history.
Fashionable to paint hair was in the late nineteenth century. It was then that women of fashion had to have a strand of gray hair in their hair. If the desired effect did not work out, then women had to use powder to tone their hair, and she clogged the pores of the hair.
Fashion for platinum blondes appeared in the thirties of the twentieth century, and women had to use the famous hydrogen peroxide, which is undoubtedly very harmful to the hair.
The fifties of the twentieth century were marked by the invention of three products. One of them could be used by everyone who wished to dye their hair at home in all sorts of shades.
And only in the twenty-first century there were modern technologies that make hair dyeing without any harm to them. Elimination of hair is a procedure of coloring and toning, in which the enrichment of the hair structure takes place in parallel. In fact, it is customary to call elongation a permanent coloring of the paint Elumen.
The invention belongs to the Japanese concern KAO. Made it was commissioned by the German cosmetic company GOLDWELL, which since 1994 belongs to the concern. The formula was patented in 1997. It is noteworthy that the latest technology is developed specifically for the structure of European-type hair.
The technology of staining is according to the laws of physics: when in an acidic environment, microscopic molecules with a negative charge are attracted to positively charged ones. Thanks to this, the pigments of the paint penetrate into the structure of the hair, without opening or damaging the scales. The entire surface becomes covered with an ion film, additionally giving smoothness to the hair.
Unlike other paints, Elumen does not destroy the structure of the hair. The action of conventional paints is based on knocking out the natural pigment, as a result of which the hair changes its structure, becomes porous. Pigment Elumen strengthens the hair, penetrating deep into and feeding it. The phrase "professional paint" has acquired a really new sound among the hairdresser's art. Therefore, since the beginning of the two thousand years, the method of coloring is called the method of elution, and toning - the effect of other colors (ammonia including).
Staining procedure.
The process of staining in the cabin lasts from one hour to one and a half. The first stage - degreasing hair. Then follows the procedure for applying a special drug, the effect of which is to straighten the hair along the entire length. At this preparatory stage ends and the hair is applied dye for about thirty minutes. At the end of the time, the hair is washed with a special shampoo with a fixing effect. Further, a stabilizer is applied to the color fastness, and balm is completed by the elution procedure. It is very important for this procedure to use branded products with the company logo and intended for this particular procedure (read the labels on the package).
