That's why you have to choose such recipes that would allow for a short time to prepare a full, useful, nutritious and delicious dinner. This opportunity is given to pasta and spaghetti, which are combined with a variety of products and sauces and allow each time to prepare a new dish from them. Italians themselves are so fond of spaghetti that in one of the cities they even created a museum in which dozens of recipes for their preparation are presented, as well as recipes for sauces to them. By the way, Italians never wash the ready-made spaghetti with cold water, as we are used to doing. If you really want to rinse these pasta, then it's better to do it with hot boiled water - so they will not stick together, and they will not cool before the time. And do not be afraid to overdo the spaghetti during cooking - excess salt will remain in the broth.
Ingredients:- Spaghetti 400 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Celery root 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Broccoli cabbage 200 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Bacon 100 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To make spaghetti with vegetable sauce and bacon we need sweet peppers, celery, tomatoes, broccoli, bacon and spices.
- Step 2 Cut the bacon into strips.
- Step 3 Remove the sweet peppers from the seeds and cut them into cubes. 2-3 clean the celery root and cut into cubes.
- Step 4 Peel the tomatoes and cut them, chop the garlic finely.
- Step 5 Cut broccoli and cut into small inflorescences.
- Step 6 In a large frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the bacon 5-7 minutes before the transparency.
- Step 7 Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package in plenty of well-salt water.
- Step 8 Add all the vegetables - pepper, celery, tomatoes and garlic to bacon, mix well. Fry over large fire for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 9 Add half of the ladle of water from the pan with pasta to the vegetables, add salt, pepper to taste and cook under the lid for 10-15 minutes. Serve spaghetti with vegetables on top.
