Banana Eskimo A light, unusual and tasty dessert made of bananas, chocolate and biscuits. As you can see, the set of ingredients is minimal, and the effect of the prepared dish is amazing - externally the dessert is very similar to your favorite ice cream "Eskimo", and even if you do not like bananas, then in this performance they will surely like you! Especially in delight with this dish will be babies - be sure to prepare a banana "Eskimo" for some children's holiday! Instead of cookies, you can take any shredded nuts!
Ingredients:- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Milk chocolate 100 g
- Biscuit shortbread cookies 60 g
- Step 1 To make a banana "Eskimo" we will need milk chocolate, sandpot biscuits (or nuts), bananas, small bamboo skewers.
- Step 2 Clean the bananas and cut each into two parts, then sharpen the knife so that they have the form, as in the photo, so that they resemble the "Eskimo". String banana halves with bamboo skewers about 2/3 of the length of a banana.
- Step 3 Chocolate melted on a water bath or in a microwave.
- Step 4 We shorten the shortbread cookie to a large crumb.
- Step 5 We completely immerse the blank from the banana in chocolate, so that it completely covers the banana and there are no gaps.
- Step 6 Immediately crumble in the crumb of cookies.
- Step 7 Now stick our "Eskimo" in an apple and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to freeze. You can put banana "morozhenki" on parchment and then just clean it in the fridge, but I prefer the option with an apple - so the chocolate will evenly solidify and there will not be a "stale barrel" on the side of the parchment. We serve for dessert, before serving, we store it in the refrigerator.
