Exercises for the mouth and cheeks

Constant performance of mimic gymnastics prevents premature aging of the skin, makes it more elastic and elastic. Initially, wrinkles appear in the area of ​​the mouth and cheeks. That is why we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the universal complex of exercises that will smooth wrinkles near the mouth, nasolabial folds and visibly tighten the cheeks.


Exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles of the mouth

The starting position in all the proposed exercises is the same. We sit in Turkish on the bed: straight back, lowered shoulders.

Exercise 1. Begin stretching your lips into the tube, inflate your cheeks and move the air inside them one by one, then to one and then to the other cheek. In this case, start to pronounce the voices of "o", "y", "a". Repeat the exercise at least three to four times.

Exercise 2 . Inhale the air through the nasal cavity. Now exhale through the mouth. Lips at this time should be completely relaxed. Do a repetition, but just stretching out your lips like during a kiss - a tube. Repeat the exercise as many times as in the previous version.

Exercise 3. Squeeze your teeth and inhale air through them. Hold your breath. Exhale the air first through one nest, and then through another. Repeat three to four times.

Exercise 4. Press the lips against each other, not pressing them strongly. Tense the corners of the mouth, as if sucking 2 pieces of lemon towards the back teeth. Teeth do not need to be compressed. Now try to raise the corners of your mouth, smiling slightly. Then a little lower them down. Make circular, tiny, pulsating movements with your fingers at the corners of your mouth up and down until you count to thirty. Relax and relax.

Exercise 5. Press your lips together, without clenching your teeth. Start tapping with your index finger on the center of the lips. Take your finger slowly from the lips until you begin to feel. Then start making quick, pulsating movements with your finger, until it counts to thirty. Relax.

What kind of effect can be achieved: the disappearance of the "sad face" - eternally lowered lips. Wrinkles around the lips disappear, and the lips themselves become fuller.

A set of exercises for the front and cheeks - "between business"

The presented set of exercises is aimed at improving the circular muscle of the mouth. Especially for working offices.

The starting position for all exercises - we sit down to the back of the spine with our back, our hands are kneeled in a relaxed state.

Exercise 1. Take a deep breath through the nasal cavity. The nostrils are enlarged. Begin to inflate as much as possible, and start jerking, pushing the air outward, through the compressed lips. Repeat three to four times.

Exercise 2. Begin to make the vowels "and", "a", "o", "y", "s", repeating each of them six times.

Exercise 3. Inhale the air through your nose, while trying to pull your lips with a tube. Hold the cornercards with 3 fingers. Quietly release air through the mouth. Try to do the exercise as energetically as possible. Repeat four times.

Exercise 4. Do not open and close your mouth. Leave your mouth open and hold it for some time.

Exercise 5. Half open the mouth, pull the inside of the lip. Tighten the muscles and hold for some time. Repeat the exercise no less than five times.

Exercise 6. Alternately raise the corners of the mouth, then raise both corners at the same time.

Exercise 7. Squeeze the lips, wrap them inward until they stop, so that they disappear.

Exercise 8. Alternately, remove the corners of your lips. Linger in this position for a while.

Exercise 9. Lift the finger to the mouth and press it against the corners. Try to smile. Press on the lips. Now relax. Repeat twenty times.

Exercise 10. Lower the edges of the lips at the same time. Lock this position for ten seconds.

Effect: you can strengthen all the muscles around the mouth, stretch the vertical folds, get rid of wrinkles on the upper lip.

Complex exercises for cheeks - "morning"

This complex should be performed immediately after the day.

Sit on the bed in Turkish. Lower your shoulders, straighten your back.

Exercise 1. Above air through the nasal cavity. The wings of the nose should stiffen. Slowly, after the same time interval, let out through the mouth all air of two-tripraz, with an interval of three to four seconds.

Exercise 2. Inhale deeply through the nose. Stop breathing - the internal facial muscles should be strained, blood will begin to flow to the face. Do not inhale the air with compressed lips, start to inflate the cheeks. After two to three seconds, jerk, force the air out. Repeat two or three times.

Exercise 3. Inhale deeply through your nose, while pulling your cheeks. After a short delay in breathing for about a second, exhale slowly, evenly through the mouth, with closed lips. The cheeks are puffed up. Repeat two times.

Exercise 4. Inhale the air and "roll the ball" in different directions.

Exercise 5. The index fingers are pressed to the top of the cheeks. Open your mouth slowly so that your lips stretch out. Smile and feel how your muscles tighten under your fingers. Exercise repeat ten times.

Exercise 6. Bend and press tight lips. Push your fingers on your cheeks, keeping your lips open. Do not let air out. Keep the score to ten, then relax. Do ten repetitions. Gradually increase the score until you reach thirty.

Exercise 7. With your right hand, take the left cheek so that the thumb comes into the mouth, on the inner part of the cheek. The rest of the fingers should fit tightly to the skin from the inside. Try to smile, breathing through the nose. In this case, the muscles of the cheek will shrink, and the fingers will begin to counteract them. For the rest time you need to release your fingers. Repeat the base of the cheeks, for both cheeks.

Exercise 8. Blow the right cheek and exhale the air through the corner of the mouth. Now all the same with the other cheek. Repeat three to four times.

Exercise 9. With your right hand, fix the left side of your neck. Place the three fingers of the other hand on the left corner of the mouth. Shortened muscles pull the left corner of the mouth down. The hand holds it in place. When exhaled, they relax.

Exercise 10. Imagine 2 points: one above the upper lip, exactly in the middle, the other - above the lower lip. Open the mouth, stretching the points so that the correct oval appears. The upper lip must be pressed to the teeth. Fingers put on the upper part of the cheeks, without pressing them. Keeping your lips in this position, try to smile at the corner of the table. Lower the corners. Repeat immediately.

Effect: The muscles of the neck and cheeks will noticeably strengthen, the swollen skin of the cheeks will rise, the effect of the sunken eyes will disappear, the shape of the face will improve.
