Cakes with onions and cheese

1. Finely chop the onions. Grate cheddar cheese. Parmesan cheese grate. Lightly beat eggs (mix yolk and protein). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sift flour. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, mustard powder, and cayenne pepper, add black pepper to taste. Add oil and mix thoroughly until lumps are formed. 2. Fry the onions in vegetable oil for about 5-6 minutes or until it turns golden. Stir to keep the onion. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool. 3. Add a cooled onion and two-thirds of grated Parmesan and Cheddar in a bowl with dough, mix well. Add the eggs, and replace the dough. Add a few spoons of milk to make the dough soft. 4. Put the dough on a lightly floured work surface, roll it to a thickness of 2 cm. 5. Using a special round cutting or a glass, cut out the tortillas from the dough. Lubricate the pan with grease. Put the flat cakes on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes or until cakes are browned. Transfer to a dish and serve.
