Chicken meat and cut into shish kebabs. Skewers for shish kebab are soaked in water (compulsory). We put chopped chicken pieces in a bowl, add there also finely chopped greens. Mix soy sauce, honey and chopped garlic. The resulting marinade is poured into the chicken. Extrude the juice of a half of lime (or lemon) into the chicken, mix and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. Pineapple is cleaned and cut into large pieces. String on skewers our shish kebab - pieces of chicken, pineapple and slices of bacon. We spread the skewers on a heat resistant mold in such a way that the shish kebabs themselves do not lie in the form, but hang over it like above the brazier. At the bottom of this form we pour water. We put the shish kebab in the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes. Exotic shish kebab ready. Serve hot with the favorite sauce (although it is possible and without sauce - pineapples give a lot of juice, which can fully replace the sauce). Bon Appetit!
