Steaks from red fish In a precise translation from English, the beautiful word "steak" means a banal piece. In cooking, it is a fairly large and thick piece of meat or fish, roasted on coals with the use of a minimum amount of spices. Tougher than this primitive dish, humanity has not yet come up with anything. Of course, everyone has different tastes, among us there are also convinced vegetarians who do not accept meat in any form, but even they sometimes do not disdain the fish. Therefore, today we offer you a recipe for steaks from red fish. A real steak is never cooked in a frying pan. Ideally, this should be a living heat from the real charcoal fire or barbecue, only this steak will allow you to enjoy its true taste and feel like a primitive hunter or predator. In the conditions of civilization, a grill will come in handy. If there is neither a grill nor an opportunity to get out on the nature, but you really want to cook a fish steak, at the worst, a frying pan will also fit, but it should be with a thick and ribbed bottom. In good restaurants, too, a real steak of fish or beef is often served. There it is cooked in special ovens - chospers, invented just for these purposes. They work on charcoal, so steaks are obtained as they should be - tender and fragrant.
