- Wheat Flour 100 g
- A mixture of Italian herbs 4 g
- Turmeric 2 g
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Beer light 80 ml

- Butter 70 g
- Step 1 To make oatmeal sticks you need to take oatmeal (better than instant cooking), flour, a mixture of herbs and turmeric, salt, light beer, cheese (any hard).
- Step 2 In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, oatmeal, a mixture of herbs, turmeric, salt.
- Step 3 Add the grated cheese, softened butter.
- Step 4 Pour the mixture with beer and mix well.
- Step 5 Well knead the dough.
- Step 6 On the parchment paper roll the dough 3-4 mm thick in the form of a rectangle.
- Step 7 Cut the dough into strips 1 cm wide.
- Step 8 Spread the strips apart from each other and transfer them to the grate. Bake the sticks in a preheated oven at 190 C for 15 minutes.
