Ingredients:- Tilapia fillet 4 pcs.
- Cheese Parmesan 100 g
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
- Tomatoes 3 ml
- Black pepper powder 5 g
- Butter 60 g
- Step 1 Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Prepare a wide sheet of foil.
- Step 2 Smash the fish fillets with melted butter to prevent it from sticking and, of course, improve the taste.
- Step 3 Tilapia put on foil, pour lemon juice and generously pepper.
