Piece of meat thoroughly rinsed under running water and dried with a towel. Cut the pieces in about 1-2 cm. Tighten each piece of film and beat it flat. The film should be tightened so as not to spoil the kitchen :) Rub off the slices with salt and pepper. Put the pan on the stove and pour oil into it. Each piece of veal is rolled in flour. On a hot plate, fry the meat from two sides. In a thick-walled frying pan set the broth to warm up. In it we add fried pieces of veal. Add seasonings and stew the meat on a small fire for 30-40 minutes (the longer you extinguish, the more delicious the meat will be) Then add the cream and flour. Stir well and cook for about 10 minutes. At this time we are preparing a side dish - spaghetti. On a plate put spaghetti, on top of veal and pour the sauce. The dish is ready. Bon Appetit!
