Gastritis can be determined by certain symptoms. Among them are frequency of pain in the pit of stomach, a feeling of nausea, vomiting, severe headache and dizziness - this refers more to acute gastritis. Chronic gastritis is recognized by the feeling of heaviness in the abdomen, heartburn, belching, pain in the heart.
The course of treatment of gastritis takes about 2-3 weeks. Chronic form of the disease requires up to two years of treatment. The first thing you need to start in the fight against this disease is a special diet. The attending physician will write out special medications, in special cases, antibiotics may be prescribed. We will not consider in detail the ways of drug treatment of this disease, but let's talk more about what are the popular recipes for treating gastritis.
Very popular and effective are the following folk recipes:
- Grind 1 tablespoon of leaves of lettuce (or lettuce) and brew it with 1 glass of boiling water. Insist the solution for 1-2 hours, then strain. The drug helps with chronic gastritis, if you use it for ½ cup twice a day or before going to bed for 1 glass.
- For 1 cup of boiling water add 3 tablespoons of buckthorn bark fragile, 1 tablespoon of leaves of trifoli (watch), 1 tablespoon of yarrow herb. Insist collection of 30-40 minutes. To regulate the work of the intestine, drink before sleeping at ½ - 1 glass.
- 1 week, insist 100 grams of dry herbs of thyme, filled with 1 liter of dry white wine. The mixture must be shaken periodically. Then bring it to a boil and wrap it for 4-6 hours. Strain. Drink 2-3 times a day for 30-50 grams before eating.
- Chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can be treated with propolis, which is eaten daily on an empty stomach to 8 grams. Propolis must be thoroughly chewed. - Diseases of the stomach are treated with sea buckthorn with honey. 3 tablespoons of sea-buckthorn berries are poured ½ liter of water, boiled under the lid, filtered. In the resulting compote to taste is added honey. 2-3 glasses a day before meals will improve the situation with a sick stomach.
Treatment of gastritis with high acidity
- Take the leaves of peppermint (15 grams), leaves of the triple leaf (2 grams), yarrows (15 grams), dill seeds (15 grams), St. John's wort (30 grams). Fill 2 tablespoons of our mixture with 2 cups of boiling water. We evaporate for about 2 hours, then we filter it well. The broth helps to overcome constipation and eructations with a course duration of 2 weeks. If necessary, you can repeat it in a month.
- Not a bad remedy - fresh potato juice, which is taken in the morning on an empty stomach for ¾ cup. Have drunk - lay down easy half an hour. After an hour, have breakfast. Treatment is conducted in 2-3 courses. 10 days are treated - 10 days break.
- Licorice will normalize acidity. With hyperacid gastritis, take 10 grams of ground licorice root and pour 1 cup boiling water. Heat in a water bath for 20 minutes, cool for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze and again bring the volume to 1 cup. Take 3-4 times a day for 1 tablespoon.
- Tasty and easy to prepare medicine - a solution of honey. It is drunk warm, so that it is quickly absorbed. Reduction of acidity occurs without irritation of the stomach. Treatment lasts 1-2 months. A day should drink no more than 150 grams of this solution.
- Stir 1 part of the herb celandine and 2 parts of chamomile flowers, yarrow and St. John's wort. For 1 tablespoon of the mixture take 1 cup of boiling water. Insist about 20 minutes. Drink half an hour before meals for 1/2 cup in the morning, lunch and evening.
- Take 10 grams of chopped flax seeds, 20 grams of yarrow and chamomile inflorescences. 4 tablespoons of the mixture requires 1 cup of boiling water. Insists 20 minutes. 4-5 times a day, the infusion is drunk on ½ cup.
For the treatment of gastritis with reduced acidity, the following folk recipes can be used:
- We make a mixture of 20 grams of peppermint leaves, 15 grams of marshweed grass, 15 grams of sponges grass, 15 grams of yarrow flowers, 10 grams of chamomile flowers, 10 grams of dill seeds, 10 grams of valerian root, 10 grams of cumin seeds and 5 grams of hop cones. Fill the mixture with 1 liter of boiling water and insist up to 12 hours in the oven, filter. The first glass is drunk in the morning on an empty stomach, then every 2 hours we drink another glass, until the infusion is over.
- Make a decoction of 20 grams of rhizomes of elecampane and a glass of boiling water. Keep on the fire for half an hour. Drink in the morning, at lunch and in the evening before eating 1 tablespoon.
- Another delicious recipe - a quarter of a glass of black currant juice to drink 3 times a day.
- 1 teaspoon of chopped rhizome of calamus with a glass of boiled water infused for 20 minutes. Filtered infusion drink half an hour before eating 1/2 cup.
- Before eating, eat 1 teaspoon grated horseradish with sugar or honey. A fresh juice horseradish contributes to better secretion of gastric juice. You can drink it clean or diluted.
- The washed dandelion leaves are soaked for 20-30 minutes in a highly concentrated salt solution, rinsed again in cold water, scalded with boiling water, passed through a meat grinder and squeezed through a dense fabric. Add the same amount of water and boil for 2-3 minutes. A quarter of a glass is taken 20 minutes before meals in the morning and evening.
- If it is required to increase the secretion of gastric juice or pancreatic juice (with its inflammation), it is recommended to include fresh berries of cranberries in the diet.
- Take equal portions of herb St. John's wort, plantain leaves and blueberry leaves. 4 tablespoons of the resulting mixture, pour 1 cup of boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. 1 tablespoon taken three times a day.
- 1 tablespoon of berries or flowers of the common viburnum is boiled for 5 minutes in 1 glass of water. Infused for 1 hour and filtered. Chilled broth drink 1-2 tablespoons 3 times a day after meals.
