Festive cake From my grandmother and mom I got a recipe for a nut cake. Actually, it's more like a pie. One cake was baked, which was then decorated with whipped whites with sugar and put in the oven to brown the top. I decided to come up with this cognate from childhood as a cream in a more elegant way. The result is this cake. All who already prepared it for my recipe were very pleased. It is simple in execution and very tasty. It will take about an hour. If you bake it for your family, and not for guests, then you can decorate and without pomposity: just sprinkle the sides with crushed biscuits, and top with grated chocolate. Soft, with a rich nutty taste and coffee cream, it will become the on duty favorite cake in the house.
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.

- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Butter 100 g
- Sour cream 150 g
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Nuts walnut 1 tbsp.
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
- Instant coffee 2 g
- Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Instant coffee 2 tsp.
- Milk 500 ml
- Milk 4 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the cake, we will need: butter, sugar, sour cream, flour.
- Step 2 And also walnuts, cream, eggs.
- Step 3 Milk for cream and instant coffee (in the glass, too, milk).
- Step 4 Prepare the dough. To do this, one glass of sugar is combined with a soft butter. Mix well, you can beat the mixer, but it does not play a significant role.
