Moisturize the skin with an oat mask and cucumber. The composition of the mask includes: half a cucumber, 3 tablespoons. oat flakes, 1 tbsp. sour cream. Grind the flakes in a blender, add low-fat sour cream and cucumber, previously finely chopped. The resulting mixture is applied to the cleansed face, then after 20 minutes rinse with cool water. This mask has a good moisturizing effect, and also nourishes the skin and can even slightly lighten it. This kind of moisturizing is used usually for the face and décolleté zone. However, it can be suitable for the skin of the hands.

Moisturize the skin with a cocktail of herbs. The composition of the mask includes: a choice of mint leaves, or mother-and-stepmother, or chamomile (2 tablespoons) and a half glass of milk. Pour the grass with boiling milk, and cool to room temperature. Then strain the resulting broth and wipe the face with a large amount of the mixture. After a certain period of time (it is recommended not more than in half an hour) wash with warm water.

To moisten the body, you can use the same composition for bathing. To do this, you need 1 liter of warm milk and a decoction of any of the herbs listed above (1 liter). It is recommended to lie down in a bath in a relaxed state for about 20 minutes, then take a warm shower.

At home, you can also prepare tonics on milk, which are used to moisturize the face, décolleté zone, and hands. For this purpose, such berries as strawberries, strawberries, raspberries are perfect. To this, add the pulp of a banana, an orange or any apple.
