Masks from carrots

Natur on a small grater carrots, mix it with protein, add a teaspoon of olive or peach butter, add a little starch of potato, and put on the neck and face.

Mask of carrots and cottage cheese

Take one tablespoon of peach or olive oil, one tablespoon of fresh cottage cheese, add a little carrot juice and milk, mix and apply a mask to your face.

Take 2 pieces of gauze and lay out for each piece of gauze on a tablespoon of potato paste, and then apply for 10 or 15 minutes to the lower eyelids. Remove the mask, apply a little olive oil a thin layer, and after fifteen or twenty minutes, remove the remains of the oil, cotton, which we previously moisten in cold brewing. This mask tones and tightens the skin around the eyes. Potato juice whitens the skin. With this juice can be rubbed before going to sleep hand skin, you can wash yourself.

Mask of potatoes for dry skin. We will boil a large potato in a uniform, then we'll clean it, mix it with a fork, add a little milk, mix it with one yolk. The resulting mashed potatoes are heated, we put the dishes in mashed potatoes on a water bath. We spread a hot mixture on the face. If the face is covered with a dense cloth, then the effect of the mask will increase and more heat will remain. After twenty minutes we will wash off the mask with hot water, then we will wash it off with cold water. Masks for oily skin

- Take the egg white and half a teaspoon of alum powder and we'll take this mask. We will put on the skin for 20 minutes, and wash it with cold water.

- One protein we will take with 10 or 15 drops of lemon juice.

- One tablespoon of yogurt mixed with 2 mulled tablets of aspirin.

- In kefir, yogurt or yogurt we will add from 5 to 10 drops of lemon juice.

Masks for dry skin of the face

- Take the yolk, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and we'll take this mixture.

- Take one yolk, add a teaspoon of sour cream or cream and we'll take this mixture.

- We mix one tablespoon of cottage cheese and sour cream, and put a little honey there.

Masks for normal skin

- Grind a teaspoon of flaxseed and mix it with hot milk to the state of gruel.

Hot water treatment is an effective tool in home cosmetics. Boil water and cover with a towel, hold for 10 or 15 minutes over a hot steam face. The tired skin can help peach, apricot, cucumber. Peach promotes smoothing and softening of the skin. The tomato mask dries heavily and is suitable for too oily skin.

In winter, few vitamins enter the body, it is necessary to take as a rule a carrot-apple mask, it is suitable for any skin, and there are no contraindications.
