One can not but acknowledge that the name of Claudia Shulzhenko is known to everyone in the post-Soviet space. Biography Shulzhenko is in a huge number of directories, books on the history of culture and music. Therefore, many have already been sufficiently acquainted with such information as the biography of Claudia. However, the biography of Claudia Shulzhenko will never be superfluous in any publication, both printed and Internet. That is why, now we again recall the biography of Claudia Shulzhenko.

Shulzhenko's life began in Ukraine. So, all Ukrainians rightly consider this talented woman their countryman and the pride of their people. Klavdia's birthday is March 24, 1906. Claudia's biography began in a rather fast, but creative family. The fact is that Father Shulzhenko, being an ordinary bookkeeper, was very fond of music, played in an amateur orchestra and sang. Probably, it was from him that Klavdia was given a talent for music and love for her. When Klava was very small, Dad often took her to the concerts, where his orchestra performed. The girl really liked to watch and listen to everything that happened on the stage. Especially, she adored her dad's voice. It is worth noting that Father Shulzhenko really had a very beautiful baritone.

When Claudia grew up a bit, she began to study in the amateur group. Biography notes that the girl was very fond of playing. Therefore, when she was not in the class, she arranged performances with friends and friends in the courtyard. Fortunately, in the middle of her yard there was a stage, so you could not worry about where to conduct performances. It was interesting for people to come and see what young talent showed. And in the repertoire of her troupe there were many fairy tales, supplemented by songs and dances. Near the stage stood a stool with an iron mug. There, good spectators were asked to give donations to staging the next performances.

Klavdia sang always, as much as she could remember. However, it is worth noting that the girl never dreamed of becoming a singer. Much more she was attracted to a variety of dramatic roles. Simply, the girl very early began to be interested in cinema. She looked at actors and actresses who performed various dramatic roles and decided for herself that she wants to become the same as they are. That is why, the girl with great interest taught literature and literature. But the music for her was not serious. She did not perceive her voice as such a special talent. And music classes often missed, considering them uninteresting.

After school, Claudia did not think about getting to learn. She decided for herself that she would immediately work at the Kharkov Theater, run by Nikolai Sinelnikov. The girl did not go to plays once, reviewed the repertoire, and, in the end, concluded that she wanted to work there. Therefore, when she was not yet seventeen, Claudia went to audition. And, by the way, it is worth noting that, as if negligent, it did not belong to music, it was the song that helped her act. Claudia sang the famous Ukrainian song "Rozpryagayte cotton horses". And she was accompanied, by the way, by none other than Dunaevsky himself. He was already in charge of the musical part, and Klava - only an unknown girl. Then, fate will more than once reduce these two brilliant people in a professional way.

In general, Claudia managed to get a job in the theater and she began to play her first roles. Of course, at first no one gave her the main roles, and she played, mostly, episodic characters. Although, however, and she had enough interesting and memorable characters. And for a girl who did not have any education and only experience of participation in amateur groups, it really was quite a big achievement. In addition, Claudia earned her living and performances outside the theater. After the end of the performances, she worked in clubs and on summer playgrounds. And there, again, more often it was singing, and not playing dramatic roles. But, Claudia did not believe that she was destined for the singer, not the actress. This continued until the moment when the fate of her daughter decided to take her parents. My father and mother decided that Claudia would be best trained by Professor Nikita Chemizov of the Kharkov Conservatoire. It was this man who could explain to Claudia that her voice is a real gift of nature, from which it is foolish and senseless to refuse. It must be developed, and, then, thanks to it, it can become truly famous and great. The girl still listened to the professor and began to develop her abilities. Probably, if not for him, then we would never have known such a brilliant singer as Klavdia Shulzhenko.

If we talk about how quickly the glory came to Shulzhenko, then, it is worth noting that this happened not in one day. But, for a short period of time, Shulzhenko became really famous, and her songs were sung by the people.

A few years later, Claudia already stood on the Leningrad stage. And then the war began. Shulzhenko could have gone into evacuation, but she did not. She voluntarily went to the jazz front band. When the besieged Leningrad fought off Soviet troops, when people no longer had the strength to go further, at times, only such music became the last hope. Claudia understood this, therefore, she gave a concert after the concert.

When the war ended, Claudia Shulzhenko quickly became a popularly recognized idol. All her songs were sung in the streets, at home and in restaurants. In addition, her dream of an acting career was finally fulfilled. The woman began to appear in films. She sang and played, performed a variety of roles and compositions. Claudia was happy.

Shulzhenko met her love at fifty. And although her elect was only thirty-eight, they lived together a happy thirty years. Klavdia Shulzhenko died in 1984 in her Moscow apartment, where she lived the best years of her life.
