In the filling we will choose a cheese of hard varieties, for example, Gouda and sun-dried tomatoes. There are a lot of recipes for preparing such tomatoes, but I liked to dry tomatoes one day in the sun, then for 30 minutes in the oven to dry and again to the sun. - Step 2 Prepare the sun dried tomatoes. Take ripe fleshy tomatoes. Cut into stems, peel off seeds and juice, spread on a baking sheet, dry in the sun, 30 minutes in the oven 100 ° C, again in the sun.
- Step 3 Pepper, salt, add spicy herbs rosemary, thyme.
