Ingredients:

• Wheat Flour 500 g
• Water 300 ml
• Yeast, dry 5 g
• Salt 12 g
• Olive oil 5 tbsp. l.
• Sesame White 5 g
• Provencal herbs 5 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare a landmine, you need to take flour, water, yeast, olive oil, salt, sesame, Provencal herbs.
• Step 2 Dissolve the yeast in warm, but not hot water, so as not to kill the yeast.
• Step 3 Sift the flour. Make a groove in the middle, pour in water, yeast and oil. Mix until the dough turns out.
• Step 4 Transfer the dough to the surface, sprinkled with flour, add salt and knead for 6 more minutes. Salt add at this stage, so that there is no danger that she will kill the yeast. Transfer the dough into a bowl, cover with a damp napkin and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
• Step 5 The dough should increase 2 times.
• Step 6 Re-knead the dough to get rid of the air bubbles inside. Divide the dough into two pieces.
• Step 7 Each piece roll out in the form of a leaf-ear.
• Step 8 Make several cuts in each of them.
• Step 9 In the places of cuts, stretch the dough to form holes. Cover both cakes with a napkin and put in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that they are doubled.
• Step 10 Before baking, grease the cake with olive oil and sprinkle with a mixture of Provencal herbs.
• Step 11 Grease the second cake with olive oil and sprinkle with ground sea salt and sesame. Put the oven in a heated oven to 240 ° C and bake for 15 minutes.
