Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 500 g
- Water 300 ml
- Yeast, dry 5 g
- Salt 12 g
- Olive oil 5 tbsp. l.
- Sesame White 5 g
- Provencal herbs 5 g
- Step 1 To prepare a landmine, you need to take flour, water, yeast, olive oil, salt, sesame, Provencal herbs.
- Step 2 Dissolve the yeast in warm, but not hot water, so as not to kill the yeast.
- Step 3 Sift the flour. Make a groove in the middle, pour in water, yeast and oil. Mix until the dough turns out.
- Step 4 Transfer the dough to the surface, sprinkled with flour, add salt and knead for 6 more minutes. Salt add at this stage, so that there is no danger that she will kill the yeast. Transfer the dough into a bowl, cover with a damp napkin and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 5 The dough should increase 2 times.
- Step 6 Re-knead the dough to get rid of the air bubbles inside. Divide the dough into two pieces.
- Step 7 Each piece roll out in the form of a leaf-ear.
- Step 8 Make several cuts in each of them.
- Step 9 In the places of cuts, stretch the dough to form holes. Cover both cakes with a napkin and put in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that they are doubled.
