In the morning, the coffin with Glagoleva's body was installed on the stage of the House of Cinema, to which Vera Vitalievna often rose at the most significant moments of her creative life. The streets adjoining the building resembled a living sea of people who came to pay last honors to a great woman, actress and mother. One of the first to say goodbye to the actress came director Alexei Uchitel. Later, Anna Melikyan, Inna Churikova, Mark Rubinstein, Yuri Gusman, Yevgeny Gerasimov, Valery Garkalin, Marina Mogilevskaya, Natalia Ivanova and other famous colleagues Glagoleva appeared. Joseph Kobzon did not conceal his sadness and looked very upset. Alexander Baluyev, whom Vera Vitalievna considered to be her talisman and shot practically in all films, could not hold back her tears, having risen on the stage with a farewell speech.
At 12 o'clock a civil funeral was held, at which telegrams were read out with condolences from Putin, Medvedev, Sobyanin, Lukashenka and other dignitaries who could not personally lead the actress on the last journey. A farewell letter was sent by the English actor Rafe Fiennes, who played a major role in her film Two Women.
During the whole ceremony of farewell to the daughter of Vera Vitalievna Masha, Anya and Nastya did not depart from the grave of their mother. They were supported by their fathers - Kirill Shubsky and Rodion Nahapetov, who specially flew to the funeral of his ex-wife from the United States.
Also canceled all his affairs and came to support his favorite hockey player Alexander Ovechkin, husband of the youngest daughter of Vera Glagoleva.
After finishing the farewell to the coffin with the body of the actress to the applause of those present was taken out of the House of Cinema and installed on the hearse. Accompanied by relatives of deceased and closest friends, the funeral procession moved towards Troyekurovsky cemetery. At the request of relatives in the cemetery, there were no representatives of the press. The body of Vera Glagoleva was sung by Orthodox customs and buried in the neighborhood of the graves of Lubov Polishchuk, Vladislav Galkin, Natalia Gundareva and Vyacheslav Nevinny.
