Chemicals for house cleaning

Washing powders, dishwashing liquids, cleaning and detergents help us to create order and cleanliness in the house. It seems that they make our life much easier, but is it really so? How much use of household chemicals for cleaning the house is safe for the family, and especially for the child? And how to protect your family from "harmful" helpers?

Washing powders contain strong chemical reagents, which have increased allergenicity. Some detergent powders contain polyphosphates, which are dangerous for both health and the environment.
Exit. After each washing it is necessary to rinse the laundry thoroughly (with a hand wash - at least 3 times). During the filling of the powder in the washing machine or basin, some of the substances that make up it enter the air from the box, and then into the lungs. Try not to inhale at this moment the air, next to you, the more should not be children.

Detergents for dishes contain antiseptics of a group of detergents, the main property of which is an increase in the surface tension of liquids (a consequence of this effect are iridescent soap bubbles). If such a substance enters the intestine, it will lead to digestion, meteorism and dysbiosis.
Exit. Thoroughly wash off the foam with cleaned utensils. A universal detergent for washing dishes that does not contain abrasives and other harmful substances is a warm soap solution with the addition of baking soda.

Stain remover can also cause dizziness and irritation of the mucous membrane, and even adversely affect the nervous system.
Exit. For different types of spots, there are ways to remove them. The most effective and universal way is to apply a cloth soaked in a 9% solution of vinegar or in hydrogen peroxide to the stain. You can try the traditional method - edible salt and vinegar. Before you conduct a chemical attack, make sure that it does not damage the texture of the tissue.

Many cleaning products for tiles and glass contain ammonia or ammonia (aqueous ammonia), the regular inhalation of vapors of which increases the pressure.
Exit. Wash the glass and tiles with soapy water and then with clean water. To make the surface glisten like new, grate it with soft paper. The effect is the same, but no harm.

The liquids for the treatment of effluents contain sulfuric or hydrochloric acid and alkalis. Handle them with extreme caution, using protective gloves. With inaccurate use, you can "earn" burns, severe damage to the eyes and respiratory tract.
Exit. To remove the blockage, pour 0.5 cups of soda into the sewer and then immediately 1 cup of vinegar. Within 15 minutes the mixture will bubble, then turn on the hot water and rinse the pipes for 2-3 minutes.

Fat solvents and cleaning agents for slabs. Chloric and acidic agents very easily dissolve fat, however, many of them can lead to indispositions - dizziness, allergic reaction, edema of the respiratory tract.
Exit. To clean the oven fat and stove, you can prepare a thick paste made from 1 glass of soda and water. Apply this mixture to the oven walls and leave for 12 hours, then rinse with water.
