Pancakes with berries Pancakes are obtained magnificent due to the fact that soda is mixed with flour, and not put in dough to liquid ingredients! Juicy berries inside the dough give a special flavor to this dessert! The berries must necessarily be fresh, not frozen, and large. You can also use other berries to your taste - strawberries, blueberries, blueberries!
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
- Kefir 400 ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Blackberry 150g
- Raspberry 150 g
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary ingredients: kefir, wheat flour, sugar, raspberries, blackberries, eggs, salt, soda, vegetable oil.
- Step 2 Kefir must be poured into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt, drive in the egg.
- Step 3 Whisk everything to uniformity with a whisk.
- Step 4 Mix the flour with soda and pour into the beaten egg-kefir mixture.
- Step 5 You should get a dough of sour cream consistency.
- Step 6 Pour the vegetable oil over the heated frying pan. Spread a tablespoon of dough. For each pancake, put one strawberry and blackberries.
- Step 7 On top of the berries spread on half a tablespoon of dough, so that the berries could not be seen. When the bottom of the pancakes is browned, turn them over and fry them on the other side.
- Step 8 Serve with berries, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
