1. In a medium saucepan, boil water and add salt. Add the pasta and cook until done. Drain and reserve 1-2 cups of liquid. Finely chop the basil and parsley. 2. Preheat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and chopped garlic. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the transparency of the onion. 3. Add the peeled shrimp and mix. Fry for 2 minutes. 4. Add the lemon juice, white wine and hot sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently mix and reduce heat. 5. Put the cooked pasta in the pan and mix. If the dish seems too thick, you can add an additional reserved liquid left after the pasta is prepared. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add spices if necessary. Sprinkle finely grated Parmesan cheese, greens and serve immediately.
