Vegetables are cleaned and chaotically cut - anyway, then we will grind them in a blender. In the bowl of the blender we add all vegetables, fresh thyme. There we add all the spices. Pour in the bowl of a blender vegetable oil - and crush everything to homogeneity. We chop the chicken into portions. In each of the pieces we make shallow incisions. Pieces of chicken and marinade are put in a bag, tightly wrapped and sent to the fridge to marinate. Marinate chicken should be at least 12 hours, better - a day. Spread pieces of chicken along with the marinade on them grilling the grill. If you cook a dish at home - lay out on a baking sheet. Fry on both sides until cooked at medium temperature. If baked in the oven - the chicken will be ready after about 20-25 minutes of baking at 180-190 degrees. Together with the chicken on the grill you can fry and garnish - vegetables, fruits. A fragrant chicken on the grill is ready. We serve hot.
