Pate from liver

Pate from the liver - this is a very tasty snack, which can become an ornament of any table.

Cut small pieces of liver and steam it with boiling water (do not cook!), Then pass through a meat grinder.
Then check the bow through it. The resulting mass of salt, pepper to taste. To drive in it some raw eggs, add a little ground breadcrumbs. It is good to mix everything and put it in a form up to 10 cm high, of any width, abundantly greased with grease. And put in a hot oven.
Willingness can be checked by a thick match: if a dark bloody liquid does not appear when puncturing the mass, then the paste is ready.
To serve on the table in a cooled form, cut into slices.
