- Salmon - 1-1,300 Kilogram (You can use any red fish)
- Soy sauce - 1/3 cup (You will need two more spoons of soy sauce to lubricate the skin of the fish.)
- Maple syrup - 1/2 cup (Instead of maple syrup, you can use liquid honey, for example, buckwheat.) Some of the syrup will go to smear the skin of the fish.)
- Black freshly ground pepper - - To taste
1. Rinse and cut the salmon into equal pieces, each 200-220 g 2. Measure and mix 1/3 cup of maple syrup (or liquid honey) and soy sauce 3. In a convenient dish, marinate pieces of salmon in a marinade of syrup and soya sauce. Place in a refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. 4. Two spoons of soy sauce and 1/4 maple syrup (honey), warm in the saucepan, bring to a thickening and remove from heat. 5. Select the salmon from the fridge, pepper each piece with freshly ground pepper. 6. Lubricate the grill with sunflower or olive oil (you can use a paper towel to do this) so that the fish does not stick. Lay the pieces on the grate (skin up) and bake on the grill. 7. After three minutes, turn the pieces of salmon and pour the sauce. 8. After another two minutes, turn the pieces of fish over again and pour the sauce. Bake for a few minutes. 9. Serve the salmon with lemon or, if desired, with a green salad. Pleasant!
