Pumpkin is peeled from seeds and peel, cut into small cubes. Fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes in vegetable oil, then reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then add to the pumpkin finely chopped garlic and chopped leaves of rosemary. Add the tomato puree (or simply finely chopped and peeled fresh tomatoes) into the frying pan. We bring to a boil and extinguish for another 5 minutes. At the very end, the pumpkin can be kneaded slightly, so that it finally collapses. In parallel, in the pan boil the chicken broth. How to boil - add our vegetables to it. Add salt, pepper, bring to a boil - and remove from heat. Done!
