- Pie Dough - 500 Grams
- Salmon - 600 Grams
- Brynza - 250 Grams
- Frozen spinach - 400 Grams
- Sour cream - 3-4 Art. spoons
- Salt - - To taste
We thoroughly wash the fish fillets, check for lack of seeds, scales, etc. We cut the fish into small cubes. Brynza cut into cubes of similar size. Mix spinach, fish, cheese, sour cream and salt. Cut the dough in half, roll each half thinly. We put one layer of dough into a baking dish, we put the stuffing on it. From the top we cover with the second layer of dough, we splash the edges. Bake the cake for about 75-80 minutes at 180 degrees. We cut and serve. Bon Appetit! ;)
