On washed tomatoes we make cross-cuts. Then we fill them with boiling water and remove the skin from them. Cut into small cubes. Take a deep saucepan, pour olive oil into it, fry in it chopped onion and garlic. Add the sliced ​​tomatoes, a glass of hot boiled water and spices and simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, cook for another 10 minutes and remove from heat. Without letting the soup cool, crush it to homogeneity with a blender. We add in the soup finely chopped parsley - and immediately, hot, we serve to the table.
