Complex of gymnastics for kids up to one year

Exercise 1

Take the child by the forearm with one hand, and the other hand - for the tibia of the opposite leg. For example, the left forearm and the right leg. Then gently and gently try to connect the knee and elbow of the baby. Do the same with the other pair - the right forearm and the left leg. Exercise is aimed at the formation of coordination of movements and removal of muscle clamps.

Exercise 2

Put the baby on your tummy and place your palms under his feet. The child will start to reflexively try to move forward. With age, help the crumb to kneel, leaning on the handles, slightly swing it back and forth. Exercise stimulates the child to crawl.

Exercise 6

Gently holding the baby by the armpits, lift it over the surface and let it "stand" on its legs. Let the child "be like". In doing so, remember that the spine should not experience any strain. Note that the foot should fall completely to the surface. This is the preparation of the child for walking.
