- sardines - 4 pieces
- lemon, juice - 1 piece
- olive oil - 3 items. spoons
- eggs - 6 pieces
- parsley - 2 st. spoons
- onions - 2 Art. spoons
- garlic - 1 tooth
- Salt, ground pepper and paprika - - To taste
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, season with salt and paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sardines for 1-2 minutes on each side. Put on a kitchen towel, cut off the tails and set aside. Divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks. In a bowl, beat the yolks with parsley, green onions, salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl with a pinch of salt. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large frying pan, add garlic and fry over low heat until golden brown. Carefully mix the egg yolks and proteins and pour half into a frying pan. Lay out sardines, sprinkle with paprika and pour over the remaining egg mixture. Fry until golden in color under the lid. Slice and serve immediately.
