- chicken broth - 500 milliliters
- water - 500 milliliters
- sour cream - 6 Art. spoons

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut into small cubes. Place the vegetables in a large saucepan, fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes (stirring occasionally). Thoroughly rinse the tomatoes, chop and then lay them on the carrots and onions. Mix. Then add a little sugar. Cook for 15 minutes (stirring). Pour the tomato mixture into a blender and grind it. Return the tomato puree to the pan. Add chicken broth and water. Mix and salt. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Serve in small cups with finely chopped herbs and sour cream. Bon Appetit!
