- beef - 120 grams (filling)
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Drops (stuffing)
- lemon pepper - 2 Pinches (filling)
- paprika - 1 Pinch (stuffing)
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon (filling)
- black pepper - 3 Pinches (filling)
- Cucumber - 1 piece (Dzadziki sauce)
- a container of Greek yogurt - 1 piece (240 g (Dzadziki sauce)
- red onions - 1/2 Pieces (Dzadziki sauce)
- white wine vinegar - 2 Drops (Dzadziki sauce)
- dill - 1/2 Teaspoons (sauce Dzadziki)
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls (Dzadziki sauce)
- loaves of bread naan or pita - 2 pieces
- tomato - 1 piece
- Feta cheese - 60 Grams
- olives - 180 Grams
1. Prepare the filling. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add beef, Worcestershire sauce, a little lemon pepper, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, black pepper and fry over low heat until you prepare Dzadziki sauce. 2. Cut into very small cubes half of the cucumber and mix with yoghurt, 1/4 chopped onion cubes. 3. Add white wine vinegar, dill and salt, stir. 4. Sprinkle the tortillas with vegetable oil and heat in an oven or on a grill until they become soft. Fill the flat cakes with beef stuffing, then pour over the cooked Dzadziki sauce. 5. Serve gyros with the remaining sliced cucumber, the remaining chopped onion, cubes of Feta cheese, sliced tomato and olives.
