I'll tell you a big secret: I'm sure nobody ever thought about it. The least of all in our appearance we pay attention to the hair, and to be more exact, we devote scanty time to their health. And what is so difficult, you say? I bought a shampoo, washed my hair, combed it - and that's all, what else do they want? Health, your hair needs health, which often depends on your daily diet. For example, exclude from the diet products with vitamin C, and the risk of catching a cold, will increase several times, this applies to other products, and indeed everything that binds our body and food.

But I want to note that this is not the main reason. Hair can be fatty not only from spices, but also from fatty foods. Frequent reception of fatty food is reflected in the fatness of the skin of the face, this is a known fact, and hence on the scalp, too.

Hair health is reflected in their natural brilliance, but do not confuse the shine of greasy hair with healthy ones. But what to do if you are faced with the fading of your hair and can not understand: where did this wonderful shine go? Why did the hair glisten in the sun and suddenly stopped. It's very simple, when the hair is healthy, then under the microscope you can see the extraordinary smoothness of the hair, but as soon as there is a shortage of some useful element in the body, then everything reflects on the hair. In this case, when the hair is dull, it is a sign of malnutrition, in particular, it is a lack of protein, the hair becomes like a spikelet. Do not worry, everything can be improved. Just need to revisit your daily diet, most likely you do not have enough protein.

Dry hair suggests that the body is sorely lacking in fat. This is not uncommon for girls constantly dieting. It is not necessary not to pay attention to this problem for a long time, as the hair loss and destruction will follow the dryness. Expensive masks and hair creams will not correct your problem. It is much easier to include more fatty foods in the diet, within reasonable limits, and the hair will quickly recover. It is best to eat fish, nuts and sunflower seeds. And, by the way, the skin also reacts to dryness, there may be a small itch and the likeness of dandruff, so I think it should not be allowed.

If you have a slow hair growth - do not sin on a bad hairdresser with a heavy hand, on the waning moon or on the ecology in which you live. The original reason for the slow growth of hair, again, is the wrong diet. More precisely, your food can be both right and balanced, but if your hair grows slowly, it means only that in that you eat, there is no biotin, or it is contained in a very small amount, and in fact it is thanks to this element, our hair grows much faster. Proceeding from this, you need to eat all kinds of legumes, nuts and walnuts and peanuts, and even hazelnuts, do not forget about dairy products.

Do not despair if your hair is thin and weak. Yes, I do not argue, and in this case something is missing in the body, but everything is fixable, everything can be eaten. In this situation, you will grab iron. In principle, iron is important not only for the hair, but for the whole body, but at the moment we are talking about fine hair, which needs replenishment. In your menu, be sure to include beef and vegetables in green, so they are just the biggest supplier of iron.

That's bad luck, your hair has started to fall out. Let's look at this problem more closely. How much hair a day falls out, and is this the norm? First, hair falls out absolutely at all, so it is conceived by the nature, hair is constantly updated. People who have short haircuts are unlikely to notice this, it becomes visible only when the bald patch begins to appear. Take, for example, a girl with an average long hair, to the shoulder or to the shoulder blades. What does this girl see every day when she brushes? She sees a bunch of hair on the comb, and here the question arises: how many are they on the comb? So, the norm is hair loss of up to 200 hairs a day. If their number on the "eye" seems to be large, then there may be several reasons. The first reason does not depend on us, it is a violation of the hormonal background or diseases like diabetes, gynecological problems, perhaps, a bad ecology. The second reason, as you may have guessed, is our diet, often not very right - hence many of our health problems go on, including sick hair. What should not you eat to keep your hair healthy? Exclude from your menu convenience foods and meals in fast food. The meal should be regular, without different snacks. The best food for the hair is protein and fiber, therefore, you should eat more fruits, vegetables and, if possible, different cereals.
