- Wheat flour - 200 Grams
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- powder for baking - 3 teaspoons
- buttermilk - 284 milliliters (or milk + a little lemon juice)
- egg - 3 pieces
- tomato paste - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- tomatoes - 50 Grams (dried tomatoes in oil (about 6-8), coarsely chopped)
- Parmesan cheese - 25 Grams
Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whip the buttermilk, eggs, tomato paste and butter. Fold the liquid ingredients to dry, then add the dried tomatoes and half the parmesan. Put the mixture in a bread baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top and bake for 50-60 minutes. Lay on the grill for cooling.
