Peel potatoes, then grate it. Add salt, soda and flour to the resulting mass. Knead the dough, which should be rolled out a thin layer and cut into small rectangles (4x2 cm). Place the resulting blanks on a baking tray and bake in the oven until cooked. The bacon is cut into small cubes, an onion is added to it, which has been previously shredded and both ingredients are roasted to a golden color.
