Last year Ksenia Sobchak and her friends Polina Kitsenko, Oksana Lavrentieva and Nika Belotserkovskaya came up with the idea to organize a closed female club SlimBitchClub. The aim of the members of this impromptu community is to prepare "post-winter bodies for spring-summer stripping". For the sake of this secular lionesses leave their husbands, children and work for a few days and leave far away from the metropolitan hangout to put the body and soul in order. Last year, friends spent a few days on a yacht off the coast of Corsica. Then their daily routine consisted of spa treatments, aqua-fitness and treks through the mountains. Well, of course, the right food, which secular divas adhere to in Moscow.

Ksenia Sobchak learns Scandinavian walking

This time my friends decided to retire in the English countryside to do Scandinavian walking with sticks. This newfangled technique attracts more and more admirers every year. For classes you need only comfortable shoes and special sticks (not to be confused with skiing). They are chosen according to the formula: the growth in centimeters is multiplied by 0.68 and easily fit into the suitcase, since they are telescopic. Thanks to the walking sticks, the spine and joints are unloaded while walking, and the arms and shoulder girdle, on the contrary, experience additional stress. This is an excellent cardio, contributing to weight loss, active burning of calories and beneficial effects on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body.

Every day, Sobchak and her like-minded people passed through the English meadows and pastures for at least fifteen kilometers, which was regularly reported to their subscribers in Instagram. And, of course, do not forget to eat right, making for yourself a truly Spartan menu.

Breakfast:

- warm water with lemon on an empty stomach;

- porridge on the water with the addition of berries (or a piece of whole grain bread);

- boiled egg.

Dinner:

- boiled turkey;

- raw or boiled vegetables;

mashed potatoes or celery.

Dinner:

- salad leaves;

- boiled beans, sprinkled with lemon juice;

- salad of crab meat with cilantro, pepper and onions;

- guacomole from avocado;
