In a woman's life, the birth of a child is the most important event. Hopes and dreams are connected with it. And I want him to have the best from the first days. The first shoes for a baby can be made simple, because to tie booties for a woman is a pleasure. And the work itself is very interesting and fast, I want to experiment with design, patterns, with color, using laces, cords, embroidery and so on.
How correctly to connect booties?
We will select small multi-colored remains of special threads, intended for newborns or soft woolen yarn of average thickness and we start to work. Baby booties, in contrast to socks, knit in a simplified scheme, given their small size. And rely here on frequent fitting, not on the accuracy of the dimensions.
We type 33 loops on the spokes, which should correspond to measure the volume at the ankle, it is approximately 16 cm and we will bind it with a handkerchief pattern of 3 cm (14 rows). Then we'll go on stocking knitting and tie another 6 rows.
Next, divide our knitting into 3 identical parts. If you get the rest, add it to the middle. In the front row we will fasten the right side part - 11 loops, then we will sew 11 loops of the middle. We turn the knitting with the wrong side and we will fasten the loops of the middle part. To make it convenient to knit the hinges of the left and right side pieces, remove them on pins. We turn the work face down. In the next row in the work we will have loops of the middle part.
The length of the part will correspond to the distance from the base of the little finger to the ankle, it is about 5 cm. We fix the "tongue" and finish it with the wrong side. In the direction from the center to the hinges of the lateral front part from the edge loops of the tongue and on the front side, we take 1 loop each side. Turn the knitting on the wrong side and fasten the loops of the side right side, first remove the loops on the spoke from the pins.
The next front row will be fastened in such a sequence:
- we will fasten the loops of the lateral right-hand side;
- The loops that were typed from the edge tongue;
- we will fasten the loops of the middle part;
- further we will fasten loops from edge "uvula";
- and finish the series, tying the loops of the left side of the side, for which we will first peresnimem them on the spoke from the pin. In the work we have all the loops. Let's go to the handkerchief and put 8 rows on it.
In each of the next 4 facial rows, we subtract 4 loops - 1 loop at the beginning, and one loop at the end of the row and 2 loops on the "tab". When in the middle part the number of loops is odd, then we tie together the central part and adjacent loops. If the number of loops is even, then in the center two times we will fasten 2 loops together. We end the work with the wrong side, we bind it to the middle. Then we will tear off the thread. Then open the loops with a knitted suture, namely "loop into the loop", moving in the direction from the center. The other part of the canvas is sewn with a vertical seam. Also we can execute the second baby booties.
