In our family we observe the family tradition, which our grandmother Ulita Korneevna brought to us, and now I always keep an easy broth of wild rose on my kitchen table in the decanter. My children and we drink this miracle drink every day instead of water, a sip for a sip. Maybe that's why, maybe not, but in our family, nobody ever gets sick. And we turn to the clinic when we need a certificate to the school or to the pool.

Twenty years ago I happened to be on a business trip in Germany to listen to local television on the transfer of a healthy lifestyle, dedicated to weight loss. The witch on TV talked about "nedity" and about the dog rose. I listened carefully and wrote it down, and now the main thing.

At least for these days you need to limit yourself as much in salt and sugar.

You can drink water, tea, coffee. We drink tea and coffee without sugar, it is better to add a little honey. Be sure to drink broth of dogrose. The broth itself is sweet and sugar will be superfluous.

Eat as much as you want, of course, in the evenings it is better not to eat, but the German witch doctor did not say anything about it, so I ate. Do not break one main principle, if you have curd or chicken on the menu today, it is better not to eat sunflower seeds, ice cream and even a small apple. Do not scare the stomach and irritate it.

Excluded alcoholic beverages, except for a glass of dry or dry red wine. All ten days you need to exclude from your diet cereals and bread. Naturally, the number of "runaway" kilograms will depend on the needs of your body. If you are on your own well-proportioned, and when you lose a kilo ten, you can fly without a balloon, do not make claims of the type that you only took 3 kilograms. After all, the fuller you are, the more excess weight you have, the more you say goodbye with a lot of weight.

Food:
The first day - hard-boiled eggs.

The second day - a boiled chicken.

The third day is cottage cheese.

The fourth day is a fish cooked in the oven or boiled.

The fifth day - fruit (except grapes and banana), you can eat as salads or individually.

The sixth day is vegetables. I make vinaigrette and fill it with vegetable oil.

The seventh day - boiled mutton, veal, beef. It can be prepared with spices in a double boiler.

The eighth day is cheese.
After the eighth day, you usually do not feel like eating.

The ninth day is one kefir.

The tenth day - broth of a dogrose.

You can come up with your product, you can swap the days, you can drink only the above drinks.

I did this: on fish, chicken, meat cooked with salt, with spices soup for my family, then I took soup from my own and left a delicious one broth for my family.
