How to lose weight 3 days before the New Year: A diet that works

The first day

Breakfast: whole-grain bread and carrot smoothies or 150 g low fat curd Lunch: stewed vegetables, seasoned with lemon / lime juice and 150 grams of boiled / baked, butter-free fish. It is not advisable to use spices, but you can - greens. Dinner: 100 g of boiled white poultry meat and carrot side dish. 150 g carrots grate on a fine grater and season with a spoonful of low-fat yogurt. During the day, you must drink at least 1.5 liters of clean water. As a snack, you can eat an apple or grapefruit.

Second day

Breakfast: whole-grain bread and a slice of soft cheese (feta, mozzarella). Either a cup of coffee without milk and a soft-boiled egg. Lunch: vegetable soup. A few small bulbs, a few fresh tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, a small head of cabbage, carrots and a bunch of celery cut, pour water, salt and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the vegetables until done. If desired, you can add to it quarts of cherry, coriander or dill. This dish can be used as a snack every time you feel hungry. Dinner: the same as the first day. The drinking regime remains unchanged.

Day Three

Breakfast: 150 g of low-fat cottage cheese with a spoon of buttermilk and 30 g of berries. If desired - a cup of black coffee or green tea Lunch: 150 g of baked poultry / veal and boiled broccoli with a couple of drops of lemon or soy sauce. Dinner: vegetable soup according to the prescription of the second day. Do not forget about the required amount of water.
