Take, for example, lack of sleep. Most adults need seven to nine hours of sleep each night. But we master to convince ourselves that we can do less. However, people can not adapt to the lack of sleep, they can only think that they have adapted. Add to this the daily stresses and other vicissitudes of life - and before you realize what happened, your hormones have already begun to fail. Fatigue is the first right sign of aging. The body works less efficiently. In fact, your hormonal balance begins to change. Fortunately, there are simple ways to increase life energy. Physical activity causes a powerful surge of energy. This may be due to a change in the background of brain hormones or metabolism, or it may be a consequence of a respite from the stressful events that physical activities give. Most likely, the complex combination of all three factors influences. In any case, the resuscitation force of the exercises is very significant: regular physical activity increases energy and reduces fatigue by an impressive 20%.

We need to start walking. At least for 20 minutes four days or more a week. Any kind of physical activity will have a positive effect, walking easily and cheaply and does not require additional equipment. In addition to walking, do everything to which the soul lies.
