As for meatballs, their ancestor is considered to be the Turkic dish of "kufta", which is a dried fruit prepared in broth or sauce placed in a beef of minced meat. Historians of cooking believe that it was from the Turkic national cuisine that the recipe for meatballs with rice came first to the Balkan, then to the Austrian cuisine, and then spread all over the world, gradually changing and adapting to local requirements. The main difference between meatballs and cutlets is the addition of different cereals and vegetables. In addition to traditional rice, the composition of meatballs can include buckwheat, oat flakes, potatoes, dried fruits. - Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.

- Step 2 For meatballs you need minced meat, it can be a pork or a mixture of several kinds of meat.
- Step 3 Carrots three on a large grater, and cut the onions into small cubes.
- Step 4 Fry onions with carrots on vegetable oil until golden brown, it is important that the onion is not burned.
- Step 5 Boil rice - pour it with cold water (the water should be twice as much as cereals) and cook until ready for 20-25 minutes in salted water, then throw the rice into a colander.
