Composition of soybean oil.

In its composition, soybean oil has a large amount of vitamin E (consisting of forms E1, E2), which is necessary for sexual health. Vitamin E is 2b1, that is, it has two forms, and today they are known: E1 are tocopherols (delta, alpha, gamma, beta), E2 are tocotrienols (delta, alpha, gamma, beta). To the vitamin is absorbed by the body, both its forms are needed. Both forms are found only in natural products, in pharmacy vitamins do not contain tocotrienols, and therefore the body does not absorb vitamin E.

Getting soybean oil.

At present, soybean oil is produced in Russia in two ways: pressing is a mechanical method, and extraction is a chemical method.

But the technologies do not stand still, but continue to develop, and double pressing has been used most often, while the original product retains its natural properties, the oil leaves environmentally friendly, and energy is consumed less.

The method of direct hexane extraction is today considered to be the most modern: the oil is extracted by organic dissolution method, ensuring that the product is of excellent quality, which is not inferior to imported vegetable oils, and is in demand in other countries (some of this oil is exported).

Cold-pressed oil is considered the most useful, this oil has a pronounced odor and can not be stored for long. After extraction or extraction, any oil is filtered, and then the product is called a crude oil.

To produce unrefined oil, it must undergo a hydration process: the shelf life is increased, but the biological value of the product is reduced. Unrefined oil has a strong smell, bright color, pronounced taste of soybean seeds. Useful substances are retained, often a precipitate is formed. Application of soybean oil.

In cosmetology: soybean oil has useful properties used in cosmetology. To care for oily skin, this oil is best not to use (it can become comedogenic), but for normal and dry skin, soybean oil fits well. Soya oil moisturizes and nourishes the skin, helps to retain moisture, creating a protective barrier on the surface. In cooking: refined soybean oil is delicious, it can cook not only vegetables, but also fry fish and meat, prepare cold appetizers, bake, cook both the first dishes, and the second (in Russia it is simply not accustomed to it). In the Russian Far East, soybean oil is the main (other oils are also used, but already as additional), and this is understandable, because there is a lot of soya grown there. In soybean oil there has grown more than one generation. If the oil has passed the process of hydration and filtration, neutralization, bleaching and deodorization, then the oil can be safely considered refined. Refined oil should be stored in a dark glass bottle and in a dark place, and then it can retain its properties for a long time.
