Lesson 1. My hair
Washing your hair is one of the basic procedures for hair care. Although most of us think that they know how to wash their hair, there are a lot of subtleties in this matter.
Preparation
Before washing, hair should be combed. So they will be better cleaned and less tangled in the washing process. This is especially important if you have naturally curly, unruly hair: after all, you can not comb them with wet hair. Then the hair needs to be wetted, making sure that they are completely moistened. Water for washing should be comfortable temperature, but not too hot, especially if your hair is greasy.
First application of shampoo
Yes, it is better to wash your head twice. For the first time, we clean the hair of dust and the remnants of stowage, and in the second - my scalp. Before applying, the shampoo is slightly diluted with water on the palm of your hand. The amount of shampoo, of course, depends on the length of the hair, but usually enough drops the size of a five-kopeck coin.
