- cauliflower - 1 piece
- soft cheese - 1 st. a spoon
- cheese "Parmesan" - 1/4 Glass
- garlic - 1/2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- black pepper - 1/8 teaspoons
- shoots of garlic - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3 Art. spoons
1. Peel and cut cauliflower into small pieces, boil for 6-8 minutes. Thoroughly shake off the water. 2. Using a blender or a food processor, make a mashed cabbage of puree, adding soft cheese, parmesan, crushed garlic, salt and pepper until the whole mass becomes homogeneous. 3. Serve on a table with stewed garlic sprouts and a butter cube. For a special piquancy, add a little rosemary.
