- Cabbage - 500 Grams
- Zucchini - 1 piece (medium)
- Carrots - 100 Grams
- Garlic - 3 Slices
- Onions - 100 Grams
- Tomatoes - 400 Grams (you can take tomato paste)
- Olive Oil - 40 Grams
Wash and cut the cabbage. Cut the courgettes. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in the oil, add cabbage and zucchini, put on medium heat. Cut the onions and carrots, fry separately in a pan. When cabbage and zucchini are almost ready to add fried tomatoes or tomato paste. Boil for 5 minutes. At the very end, add the fried carrots and with onion and garlic, greens.
