Laminaria for wrapping

Laminaria is more commonly known as sea kale - it is a seaweed of brown color, which has been used for food for a long time. The laminaria contains about forty macro and microelements, it is also rich in vitamins, contains proteins, iodine, potassium, silicon, bromine, vitamins A, B, C, E, D, and many other useful substances. Laminaria is used to treat many diseases and prevent goiter, because it contains iodine. Another kelp is used for skin diseases, flabbiness of the skin, with varicose veins. Sea kale as a medicine was used in China in the XIII century. The emperor issued a decree, which stated that all the inhabitants of the country should have used cabbage for food as a dietary product and as a preventive measure. Thanks to this decree, the cabbage was delivered from the state treasury.

Laminaria is widely used for wraps. For treatment, only fresh sea kale is used. Why? Because canned or marinated laminaria loses most of its useful properties. But the dry cabbage does not lose its useful properties, losing only moisture. If all technologies were observed when drying the kelp, then when it is soaked it does not differ from fresh technology.
