- Mussels - 1 Kilogram
- Beer - 1/2 cup
- Biscuit bread crumbs - 1 glass
- Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 3 Teeth
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
We put the peeled mussels into a large pot and pour the wine there. We put on a quick fire and hold the mussels in a saucepan until they open slightly. With sharp scissors or a knife, remove one half of the shell of the mussel. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture with each mussel. We put the resulting boats on a baking tray and bake for 7-10 minutes at 190 degrees. Serving mussels is best warm.
