In a deep dish, mix the flour, cottage cheese, grated cheese, egg, salt and sugar. The dough should be kneaded until it sticks well to the hands. From the dough, roll the sausage, roll it in flour, so it will not stick to your fingers. For beauty, cut sausage "on a pigtail" (as in the photo). Cut dumplings into a boiling, salted water. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. But make sure that the vareniki do not stick to the bottom. Cooked dumplings put in a deep plate and add honey and cream for taste.
