- Egg of chicken - 1 piece
- Paprika sweet - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - - To taste
- Butter - 30 Grams
In the bowl we break the egg, there also add salt and spices. Beat well with a fork. In a frying pan, melt a piece of butter. We carefully dip the escalopes into the prepared mixture. Then we put the escalopes in breadcrumbs. After breading we put escalopes on a hot frying pan. Fry about 5 minutes on one side, then turn over - and the same on the other side.
