- Oguretz - 4 pieces
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Toothed garlic - 3 pieces
- Dill - 10 Grams
Cucumbers to wash, scald with boiling water, dry, cut off the tails. Each cucumber is cut lengthwise into 4 parts. Cut the garlic in large pieces, and chop the dill. Pour cucumbers with salt, dill, garlic and mix well. All lay in a plastic bag, remove air and tightly tie. If there is a sealed vacuum container - you can safely use it. Leave the room for 4 hours. All is ready.
